We don’t write “one-size-fits-all” workouts. Velocity Boot Camp 28 minute HIIT workouts are designed to get women's bodies the best results in the shortest amount of time. Within a 28 minute HIIT workout, we pack in a combination of high intensity cardio to burn body fat, weight training to tone and shape your body and core exercises to slim and develop your abs. The scale doesn't tell the whole story. Velocity Boot Camp focuses on burning body fat, changing the way you feel.

Each 28-minute workout is done in a motivating group environment along with guidance and accountability from a Velocity Boot Camp Personal Trainer.
Velocity Boot Camp Trainers will help adjust movements to work with most health concerns or past injuries and will challenge a more advanced member to push you to the next level. This also gives you the ability to get personal trainer level results at a much lower cost as it would take to hire a personal trainer one-on-one!

Velocity Boot Camp 28 minute HIIT workouts are backed by the science of EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) not only burning calories during the workout but also boosting your metabolism to help you continue burning calories for up to 36 hours post-workout.
Each workout is specifically designed to spend 10-20 minutes over 80% of your max heart rate. Achieving this zone during our total body workouts places a greater demand on your body than a typical 60 minute workout. This results in true fat loss, muscle toning and a faster, more efficient metabolism.
After 3-5 weeks of an exercise routine, results will often decrease or stop all together. This is commonly know as an exercise plateau.
Velocity Boot Camp eliminates plateaus with exercise variety and muscle adaptation. New workouts are designed each day and never repeat. The Velocity Boot Camp model is based on scientific evidence and principles that progress our members through 2 week training phases allowing some body adaptation to occur but progressing to a new phase before a plateau can start to happen.

Today, we use only proven training methods to maximize fat loss up to 5 pounds per month. Plus, we're able to save you time by reducing the duration of our workouts to 28 minutes achieving equal or greater benefits than a comparable 60 minute workout!
